Technician was very knowledgeable. I do not like your messaging system however it is very annoying. You send multiple messages about appointments. You offer to change appointments when parts are available sooner and I reply that it is OK, but there is no confirmation that the appointment has been changed? It was very confusing to know when my appointment was? I was left hanging and not sure if it was Thursday or Friday?

Conrad arrived on schedule. He had the dryer problem diagnosed quickly and ordered the repair part which arrived by FedEx the next day. Conrad and his trainee had the part installed and the dryer operational in a short time this morning. The repair service was professionally completed and saved me from buying a new dryer.
