CUSTOMER REVIEW: OVEN IS WORKING AGAIN
Service repairman was able to replace igniter and fix my perpetually loose oven door handle. Thank you. Repairman was also very helpful in explaining my options if there were more repairs required. Luckily, the igniter was the only issue. Oven is working again!

sears customer service is awful
John was helpful once he was here I had a terrible experience with Sears home repair service overall. The scheduling window is 8-5pm—that's 9 hours!! After taking a whole day off to wait for technician they called at 6pm to say they weren't coming. On the second scheduled day, again with a 9 hour window, they called at 10am to say that no one was coming. Service windows cannot be 9 hours! Customers cannot be promised service and be cancelled after waiting 9 hours. Imagine going to have surgery and waiting all day then being told to come back another day. This is not an acceptable way to run a business. Very disappointing because Sears was considered a trusted name.
