Sears service phone system- 1 star
My complaint is with Sears themselves. Had dr appts I was working around and scheduled for the 1-5 time frame for both washer and dryer repairs to accommodate our appointment schedule. Well, on the morning of service at 7:30 am, received a text that our service would be from 8-12 so rushed home from 8 am dr appt, had to reschedule other appt (with a specialist so now a month away😠). After all that, tech got here at 1:52. Service for dryer has been rescheduled for Friday 1-5 and had asked for a phone call if they needed to reschedule but that didn't happen and impossible to actually reach a human being when you call the number provided. Sears used to be amazing but sadly that ship has sailed. They don't seem to understand or care that people have jobs, kids etc.
