Do Better, Sears
This is a review of Sears, not Jose, who gets five stars. Sears sends texts and emails with appointment and arrival times that contradict each other. The tracking map does not work. Both times it showed Jose commuting from Mexico with no actual map update. I received texts from 3 different phone numbers. It made me wonder who (or what) was actually contacting me and were they aware of the other communications? I received a text that the tech was on his way, he was there in under 30 minutes. A 30 minute or so warning is helpful because working people cannot always be home from 8-5. Another time I was texted that the tech was on his way and he did not arrive for 2.5 hours. Why can't I call Sears and talk to a human, especially when advised to do so by the tech. Why did it take 8 days to reschedule a tech to complete work on A/C during a heat event. DO BETTER

Good Job
Frank was very nice and helpful! But he said the problem was that I put too many clothes in the washer. Even with not a lot of clothing in the washer, it still moves and makes a lot of sound. The clothing sometimes can still be wet because it doesn't squeeze all the water out. Also, last year when they came, we had the same problem. But they did clear our dryer without paying, and they wanted to charge me because it was not in my policy.
