HEATING AND COOLING EXPERTS FOR HVAC REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
Your HVAC system should keep you warm in winter and cool in summer—without a big utility bill. Sears can make sure the temperature inside your home is just right. We offer HVAC repair, HVAC installation and HVAC maintenance to keep your heating and cooling system running smoothly all year long.
When your HVAC system isn’t working well, call Sears to repair it—same-day and next-day appointments are available.
If it’s time to replace an HVAC unit that’s old and inefficient, or one that can’t be repaired, we invite you to schedule a free at-home consultation with one of our heating and cooling system experts.
Do you only need a furnace or only need an air conditioning system? It’s always a good idea to change both at the same time. New equipment provides peak performance and achieves rated efficiency to cool or heat your home without wasting energy unnecessarily.
To keep your heating and cooling components running smoothly, we offer maintenance checks—we recommend having an HVAC checkup at the start of heating season and again at the start of air conditioning season.
Sears HVAC experts can fix any brand of whole-house air conditioning or heating system, no matter where you bought it. Whether your system is a Kenmore, Carrier, or any other brand, Sears has you covered.
Because going without heat or air conditioning is uncomfortable and can be dangerous, you can call day or night to schedule an appointment, and we offer same-day or next-day service. Here’s what sets Sears HVAC repair services apart:
- We offer same-day and next-day HVAC repair service.
- You can call 24/7 to make an appointment.

juan went above and beyond to get the job done
after having considerable difficulties with the Sears Home Service communications, Juan was assigned the project and quickly procured the part and completed the job. Sears Service had sent out three different Techs to determine what was wrong and it appeared that the second and third tech were not informed properlu prior to deployment. Juan was number two and was able to follow through with the completion although another tech had been assigned for the third visit. He was able to complete the job on his second visit, the fourth visit by a Sears Tech. He was very personable, curteous of our time, communicated very well, and quick to complete the task. I would gladely have him as the tech on the next visit. I cannot say the same about the Sears phone system and system they use to communicate with their own techs.

But that’s not the only benefit — regular HVAC maintenance can help your furnace run more efficiently and prevent costly repairs down the road.
Lennie Arroyo, HVAC service district manager for Sears Home Services, gives a how-to tutorial on the inspection process.
