Victor kicks ass, 5 Stars! He has to commute up to Bakersfield from Lancaster in 100°+ weather, and within a span of a week, he diagnosed our oven range issue, ordered the rare part we needed, had it delivered to us within two days, than ended up having to do the work himself, rather than delegate it,…!

My refrigerator freezer was warm. Several Other company techs wouldn’t return my calls. Sears scheduled me next day and Shane J did a great job. He was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable about my unit. He presented the problem clearly and helped me come to the best path forward. I would use Shane again for any appliance issues. Sears was a great option for us since they came in less than 12 hours when others wouldn’t even call back.

The technician was very knowledgeable and installed the replacement part in minutes. The cost for the repair was more than half the price of the Dryer. Dealing with Sears's AI System was beyond ridiculous. If this is what I have to deal with in the future I will probably pass on Sears.
