Travis was pleasant and efficient. The problem was with your AI appointment service. It took 8 different scheduled appointments to get this job done. AI kept arbitrarily changing out appointment day and time. Scheduled for May 11, changed to the 12. Tech came and ordered parts. Set appointment for the 15th. Parts came on 14th. AI changed appointment to the 21st because of parts delay?? Ok, we weren't leaving for vacation til 22nd. Then changed to 27th. AI then changed to June 4th, then to 6/2 then 6/3. Finally!!

I want to say that Shane is an asset to Sears Home Services. He was very through in his evaluation of the problem I have had with my refrigerator. On his first visit he listened intently as I told him the issue, and he asked a few questions. He checked out some of the electronics inside and ordered some parts, which arrived at my home during the following week. Upon his next visit, he replaced the defective parts and said the freezer would be making ice again within a few hours. He was neatly dressed and very polite.
