We had to pay the $100 service call as agreed. Sean then first analyzed the problem, and determined with his large experience what the problem was. He, fairly quickly, got permission from Choice Home Warranty to proceed with the parts and repair. He diligently ordered the 3 parts necessary and expertly instructed us to do once the parts arrived at our home. We did that and in two days he appeared and fixed the refrigerator/freezer. He was very professional and told us we could use the unit after 24 hours of being plugged in. He also gave us a tip to prevent our food from spoiling again if the unit would quit again, which was to keep a thermometer in each of the refrigerator and freezer sections. The repair was just over $1,000 so we ended up paying less than 10%.
