Great service from a Pro
The definition of a « Professional » is epitomized is our service representative by the name of Joseph. He is the best worker to come out of the Sears Service Center to repair our broken refrigerator door. He can to see what kept the door from staying closed when shut. He ordered the parts to make the repair. In a couple of days the parts arrived. Joseph returned on the prearranged date on his first call of the day so that we could make it to our doctors appointment that afternoon. He make quick work, in my opinion, of the repairs. No dirt to clean up, no mess to clean and he was courteous, polite, and pleasant. He was appropriately dressed and clean looking himself. He is the ideal repairman. We are glad we had Joseph do the job we needed. Thank you Joseph.
