Rating my service technician, MARK
As always--for 20+ years, I give Mark a 5-star gold rating. He is the BEST. However, my displeasure is with your company! After more than 20 years of being a loyal customer, Mark had to tell me that you will no longer renew my contract because my appliance is over 8 years old!!!!! No wonder Sears is out of business--since that is how you treat your customers. What a shabby way to do business. Actually, I watched you decline over the years so why am I surprised? I should have been "grandfathered" in your contract data-base. HAVE YOUR BOSS CALL ME! Making Mark do your dirty work is beyond atrocious. Not even a notification from you, yet you send out 20 emails reminding me of appt--then a phone call and more emails that are repetitious. & Agitating. NOTE: I HELPED BUILD YOUR BUSINESS. Do you know how much money I have given you?--I had all YOUR appliances for 40 years--and always your maintenance agreements. I wish I could meet your in person. I want you to look me in the eye and tell me all about your "dumping" me. Yeah, publish my comments--read them at your next BIG meeting!! Meanwhile, I will put you on my list of people to meet on Judgment Day! (I guess I went over your 10 minute response limit!!!! Now what? Dump my comments?) You are fortunate to have Mark on your team. I lost a good technician. You now lost a good word-of-mouth customer. I will await a contact from you, if you dare!
