Our refrigerator quit cooling. Austin was very nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, that the compressor had failed and needed replacement. We ended up declining the repair because the cost to replace was half the price of a new refrigerator and it was 12 years old. I also appreciated how quickly Sears was able to get a tech on site. Only 2 days wait time. Other appliance repair shops in town couldn’t come for 1-2 weeks.
