Sears repair
Unfortunately the AI system leaves much to be desired! Despite significant details on my part regarding the issue, there was no parts on the van! Using UTube, I had a sense of the problem but that was not explored since the van didn't have back up part! Why? Why ask questions before hand and then show up minus any potential parts. Alex was pleasant and tried to encourage me taking out a service policy. Why? I wasted my time, postponed an appointment to be available but only one of us actually was in this situation. NOT sears!
