I had serious come out last year for the same problem the tech never pulled the refrigerator out of the from the wall never looked at any parts all he did was open the freezer door and only took a hair dryer thawed it out said it was fixed. Never replace the part or anything however when the invoice come in it said he did replace the part and everything was running good he lied out his butt the problem continued couldn't get anyone to come back and fix it right without having to pay for it all over again it's been about a year now I had to pay for it again to get it fixed right but the guy that came out this time took his time found what was wrong fixed it replaced the parts cleaned it out and left this one did a good job the first guy didn't do crap.
