I was without Air conditioning for three weeks with Choice Home warranty plan during very hot weather. I was not happy with Choice home Warranty because they only allowed the technician to come out once a week even though I had an ongoing problem with my air conditioning not working. However, Cal from sears Who is the Technician, was excellent. He came out every week to try to get it going and finally got it to work with a new Motor and fan. The Fan was rusted out and he could not remove the other motor from it and there were no other fans available for my Old unit. But he worked off the clock to get it unstuck and finally was able to get it off and attach it to my new motor. Thanks to him sticking with it and finding a solution, I have air conditioning again. Me and my kitties thank you so much!😊 he even added a compressor I think or another part that was really rusted out and added more Freon as it does have a small leak to keep it running hopefully for some more years.
