After having my Condo inspection for the sale, I needed my dishwasher checked for a drip. I contacted Sears Appliance Service. The virtual assistant set the date in two days. This was good news, other calls were not able to respond that quickly. When Tim arrived, he was very friendly and assured me he will be able to fix my issue. He certainly did just that! Also Advised me of other maintenance issues that will help in the life of the appliances. Even though my closing was coming on 6-30, Tim explained how the Service Plan can be transferred to the new Condo owners or can be transferred to my new address. I purchased it which lessened my service this day and assured the comfort of service like this in my future! Great Job Tim!!ππ½ππ½ππ½. I kinda hope to not need the service in my future but if I do..I look forward to seeing you again soon! One less thing to worry about and helped in making my move smoother!π€
