Another review update …. Apparently Jacob L. closed out the case and did not submit replacement information to the resolution dept .subsequently, I now have to wait until August 1st for another repair tech to come out …i was rescheduled the first time 5 times from June 3rd ….I asked that they please call Jacob and have him complete the necessary information but since it was closed, they cannot do that ……..this is the biggest FUBAR that I have ever encountered Update to my review ….. .i still do not have a working freezer or a response from the warranty dept of my master protection plan …when I called to see why I have not heard anything, I was advised that apparently Jacob had sent his report and his findings (compressor was gone and the Freon had been leaking) but there were no pictures and I was told that it appeared it had fallen thru the cracks . The representative said he was going to escalate the issue and I should give it 5-7 days …..I have been without a working freezer since June 3rd plus I have a paid up MPP…….someone please help At this time, I can ONLY rate JACOB L., the repair technician he determined the problem & sent pictures to verify the problems to the warranty dept.
