Our repair person was Ken . He did an excellent job finding out our problem with the ice maker in our GE refrigerator. Unfortunately he is not allowed to do plumbing work which was what is necessary to fix our problem. The water pressure going to the ice maker is too low. A larger valve needs to be attached to the water line. He did clean out the trapped dust and debris in our coils in the back of the freezer and did all he could to try to help, but we need to have a plumber to restore the water pressure for the ice maker to work. I will definitely call Sears again if I need appliance repair! Ken was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy.

The Sears Service Tech, Jim, was great. He recognized the problem, ordered the appropriate parts, the parts were delivered directly to our home in 2 days and Jim returned to install the new parts. Jim is hard worker, he knows the equipment and doesn’t waste time when repairing it. He started the day early, did a number of repairs and finished the day late and he communicated with us on arrival time!! Thanks Jim👍
