Nikita was efficient and honest with his appraisal. I appreciate him. He is the reason for the 5 stars. However, there is no way to contact a human being with questions. All AI and prompts. Frustrating. Not a fan of the company itself.

Same day service. Good communication throughout the day, leading up to the arrival of the technician. He was polite and positive, and he was able to almost immediately identify the issue. Despite the tight space he had to work in…which made it difficult to easily disassemble the dryer to access the part he needed to replace…he was able to quickly problem-solve and find an efficient and clean solution that worked perfectly. Based on this experience…and past good experiences with Sears Home Services for my Kenmore washer and dryer…I would recommend without hesitation.

I went to use my dryer the other day and to my surprise it would not run. We have had our Kenmore Elite Dryer 20+ years with never a problem. I called Sears Service and was able to get an appointment late that afternoon. Terry, the technician, was here early and fixed the dryer - it need a fuse. He was very nice, informative and professional. I know Sears and Kenmore get a lot of not so good comments about service and reliability - but not from me!!! Thank you Sears Appliance Repair. A very happy customer

Barry was very professional in his analysis of my refrigerator. He said that the compressor was bad and replacing it would cost a lot. On his word, I went to Home Depot and purchased a new refrigerator.
