A customer review of sevice provided by Tyrell J.
Mr. Tyrell J. phoned my house ahead of his arrival. He had put down his gear while waiting until I greeted him at the door. Stepping inside, he inquired which direction to go. I answered, he proceeded, & we were soon in the kitchen. He asked what my concern about the refrigerator was, I explained that it was hot in certain areas, showing him which ones. He told me that this is normal & nothing is wrong with the refrigerator. I was very relieved to hear that. He checked the temperature in the fridge & saw that it was right. He also explained how the refrigerator does its cooling. I told him I had been afraid of a fire. I allowed that I had not acted quickly, though. I told him that the fridge hadn't been serviced for a very long time-- that I hadn't blown the dust out of it after that had been done for me. He removed the dust out the front. Because I no longer have the needed strength, I asked him to pull the fridge out from its alcove so I could remove a couple of oranges which had fallen behind it. He obliged. The business part of the appointment took time but went fine, to the best of my knowledge. When my laptop had to be plugged in to an outlet near the floor, Mr. Tyrell J. insisted on doing the job.
