Refrigerator fix it
Stephen quickly installed the new piece and explain to us how to do it in the future if needed. He was nice and professional. Our appointment was for between noon and 2 PM. At 1:40 PM I called. The main number for Sears home services as I had not received any updates on his arrival status. They told me it was now looking to be between 4 PM and 4:30 PM. I mentioned it would have been nice to know this as we sat around all day waiting for a noon to 2:30 PM appointment. He did call when he was about to leave Jackson letting us know it would be about 45 to 50 minutes prior to his arrival. We appreciated that very much.
