This man knows his stuff
I have been having such a problem with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. I believe this is the 5th visit by the Sears Technician. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I wish all the technicians were as knowledgeable as him!

Thanks Paul! Do a morning or afternoon appt NOT ALL DAY
Paul did a great job. He cleaned up all of the lint inside of the dryer and replaced the parts that were causing the problem. The dryer now runs great and is way less noisy. The AI I talked with to schedule did not listen. One question from me is WHY IS THE TIME PERIOD FOR ALL OF THE APPOINTMENTS ARE BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 5 P.M. I did not get a more specific time until the day of the appointment. I had to put aside THE ENTIRE DAY for this repair. My time is just as important as all of your repair people so a morning or afternoon time would be way more convenient!!! Also, the number of emails and texts for this appointment were very obnoxious. I know some people are not responsible, but I grew up long ago and am a responsible person. I knew when the appointment was and planned my day around that appointment. I am glad to have my dryer fixed. Thanks.
