Dallas our Sears service technician was not only very good, he was also excellent in imparting his knowledge and expertise on the mechanics of our washer, dryer, and range; ie how everything was put together, and how and what can cause serious problems and damage if not addressed in timely fashion, and how it needs to be done by professionals, or how we can do it ourselves if we choose (dryer vent cleaning). I truly appreciated that he had enough time to clean our dryer lint build up as well. We are very pleased and assured knowing that his work made our appliance good for another year. Kudos to Dallas for his very skilled workmanship!
