I rate Dallas M with a 5 star. 1. He was on time 2 Knew what he was doing, explain what needed to be fixed and ordered parts that were needed. 3. Parts came within 3 days 4. Dallas came on time to fix the Dish Washer and explained what he did.

Mehrdad was the quintessential professional, I appreciated his clear thoroughness.

Unfortunately, Brandon could not repair the dryer because it required a part that is no longer available, but he did clearly describe the problem and gave me a complete explanation of the fault and the probable cause. He was also courteous and quick which allowed me to get to work without losing too much time.

Charles came and repaired the dryer and suggested maintenance that would extend the life of the dryer, which I accepted. He was very professional and did a good job. My experience with Sears appliance repair has always been great, the previous repair with replacing the belt on the dryer several years ago and that experience with positive as well.

David was all business. He leveled and straightened the machine and explained the drainage modifcation that he made. I appreciate him.

The technician within the time frame specified and was quick and thorough. Was also friendly and informative.

He did the best he could to repair refrigerator and is a very pleasant guy. Now I'm waiting for info on how to replace refrigerator as it is kaput!

Martinez does the yearly maintenance on my riding mower and replaced two sheaves this year. He does a great job and is a pleasure to be around. Thanks, Martinez!

Each time he came he out he has worked on our riding mower. And each time he has shown a high degree of working knowledge on this mower (Cub Cadet.) He had the parts needed for the fix on his truck so the mower was repaired on the same day. I would highly recommend him--at least for mowers.
