Robert was great. The policy is a disaster.

Robert, a certified Sears Technician, had declared the dishwasher unrepeatable and been out to service the same part five times in two months. The policy will not let him replace the machine, which is covered for replacement by the policy, and instead needs to come out and replace the same part he just replaced, and the dishwasher won't work again, because the policy is so broken. The policy says only he can say it needs to be replaced, I cannot, yet he is not allowed to check that box in his notes. I spent 52 minutes on the phone. They would not call him, they would not let me conference him in, while he was standing there telling me he was waiting to talk to Sears if they would talk to him. They would not.
