Charles is a great technician, he and Brandon were put in a tough spot. Brandon worked on the washing machine 3 times and Charles 3 times over a span of 3 1/2 months. It could not be repaired because the tub that holds the water leaked, 3 tubs, 3 leaks. No quality control at whirlpool where the tubs came from. And then when I was finally able to get a new washer, I wasn’t given the chance to purchase what I wanted, I had to take what they (Sears) offered. I read the reviews for the offered machine and they are BAD! I would not recommend Sears home warranty protection.
