Id give the technician 5 stars, he was great, very friendly and worked hard. The overall Sears service experience is 4 only because the original service date was rescheduled by Sears the day of, and then today they tried to reschedule again but I opted to have the service done at a later time than originally scheduled because we needed it and I didnt want to reschedule again. I understand that appointments before ours could end up taking longer than expected so Im not overly upset by the later time, but the AI that texted us to try and reschedule us again was unnecessary. Next time Id say just verify we are okay with the later time and then leave it when you have already moved the appointment once before. Will still likely use them again in the future.
