Awesome
Matias was awesome he explained what he was doing and why. He made sure to tell us what to watch for next time and what we're doing great with. Separate from Matias, the email I got to track when he was coming was hours off. It said he was coming at 1:45 and he ended up coming at 11:00. Luckily I was home.

Excellent!
I have had so many #Warranty people in here trying to work on this refrigerator and no one could really fix it until David H came today. We'll see if it's fixed, but I think he knows what he's talking about very experienced and professional.

Refused to fix fridge
Fridge still broken. Says HWA Home Warranty declined to cover, and stated so on receipt. HWA states they WILL cover. Almost immediately upon entering, and learning that the compressor was dead, he said it would take him "Hours" and he had 13 other calls he needed to do, and that his "boss" told him don't do it. Then said his "boss" told him home warranty wouldn't cover (even though I have approval in-hand). I used to trust Sears Appliance Repair....not anymore.
