A really nice repairman
I appreciated his professionalism and manner. He quickly found the problem and explained it. I chose not to repair my oven but that was strictly my choice. I would not hesitate to use Craig again.

Great service from Emilio
Emilio has worked on my appliances before and he always know what needs to be done. Today he repaired my range in no time flat. I hope he's the one that will always be sent out to my house. I have to say the guy that was scheduled to come … didn't. He claimed he couldn't find the address. Didn't bother calling me to confirm address. Didn't bother looking for the house number. Instead I get a photo of a field across the street and a message no one was home! This is not a company that you can communicate with. All you get is AI or a robo call. Can't talk to a live customer service rep. Very frustrating to say the least. Emilio 5 ⭐️. Sears Home Services 1⭐️.
