It was a diagnosis, not actually a repair. I appreciate the speed of scheduling and the efficiency of the appointment. Glad to know my options. Service person, Hussein K., was knowledgeable and courteous!

Hussein was very knowledgeable about the Kenmore product. He was also very polite and respectful. He explained in thorough detail about the way the digital panel works on the double oven and also about how the Sears Home Warranty works that you offer. Even though we did not purchase we learned a lot from him which will help us make an educated decision when we are ready to purchase. It was a good experience.
