Technician is great. Didn't take long to put the part in. Now getting him out here is another thing. Was rescheduled twice before he was able to get to me. Was NOT homeowners fault. The FAULT lies on Sears. This is unacceptable. Sears doesn't wait to take the payment out each month and the deductible. My time is very valuable, and to wait for a technician to show up and at the last minute we get a reschedule notice. And this is every time that I have a repair scheduled. Unacceptable. And I tell everyone that I know. But again the technician was great(5).
