The technicians are great. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thank you, Paul and Raul. 5 stars! However, I must say that working with the Sears Home Services AI system is a pain in the neck! There is no option for talking with a human being, and the system is woefully inadequate in its capabilities. Example: I have tried changing my address twice - each time following AI’s prompts, each time thinking it was done, and each time discovering later it had not been done. How did I know? AI kept sending the techs to the wrong address. Sears should be embarrassed. It used to be such a good, solid company. 0 stars.
