Erin was a good technician and clearly understood the appliance problem. He explained every step of the way and made his reference to the insurance company. We highly recommend Erin as a professional repair technician for your company. Our dishwasher caught on fire while working and then again while off. It was recommended to turn off the breaker for the dishwasher. Problem not solved yet.
