Michael was great. (I do not like the way Sears repair does their scheduling. An 8-3 window means taking off a full day of work, and then the technician arrives at 4:15. Yes, there are updates throughout the day, but those changes don’t allow you to go to work. It’s a waiting game - which is frustrating to me.)
