I would NOT recommend Sears. They are too big of a company and don’t care about their customer service. It took me two months to get this dryer fixed. No fault of the technician all the fault of corporate. You cannot reach an individual. It’s all done by AI. And AI has no understanding. Sears is really missing the Mark. They had no time slots in the beginning. They will give you a window from 8 AM to 5 AM so you have to take an entire day off of work, the first visit was to find out what parts they needed, the second visit they canceled at 12 noon so I could not go to work, lost the second day of work, and the third they were supposed to be at my home at 9:30 but arrived at noon. My technician was a wonderful individual. Very knowledgeable and a great representative. I highly recommend him but not Sears.
