I had an excellent experience with technician Gregory from Sears. He arrived on time, and although it was raining heavily when he got here, he patiently waited about 15 minutes for the rain to let up so he could safely inspect and repair the outdoor air conditioning unit. Once the rain stopped, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. Before leaving, he thoroughly tested the system, verified that everything was working properly, and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I truly appreciate his dedication, patience, and commitment to getting the job done right despite the weather. I highly recommend this technician and would be happy to have him provide service again in the future.
