Donald emailed several times on his way and arrived at the expected time. He asked a number of questions about the problems with the clothes washer (unusual noises, vibration, and leaking), and seemed to identify the issue by description. He asked several more questions, then disassembled the machine. He worked on it, reassembled it, and asked for a load of wash to run. The cycle ran successfully the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and interacts well with the costumer. I highly recommend him. Thank you.
