Excellent Service Experience
The technician arrived on time and went straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. The technician was able to diagnose the problem with certainty . Unfortunately the repair of my oven was going to be more expensive than a new oven. The technician gave me upfront pricing and did not pressure me to repair the oven. I would definitely recommend Sears service after my experience.
