Benjamin was courteous and efficient, diagnosed and gave estimate. In shutting off ice maker for a while, it reset and started producing ice again. His arrival time stated 5:11, the again at 5:49. He really showed up just after 3. His time on site was 15-20 minutes, but he sat idling in our driveway for another 30-40 minutes, until we opened the garage to leave.
