Excellent Service
Thank you Jim for being thorough! Long Story short, we bought the extended warranty on a washer. The counter weight broke and caused havoc. Assurant, extended warranty company, was not so easy to work with, but Jim, handled them professionally and advocated for his customer to get the washer problem fixed in a timely manner! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure he puts up with a lot of crap on the daily, but it doesnt crush his spirit. Good Customer Service goes a long way in today's world!

Fast, good tech!
Quick initial response. They ordered the CORRECT part early. Had it here for several weeks before tech could come out. Tech was fast, accurate, pleasant and technically good. This is third time Sears has responded to a AHS warranty call and EVERY time they have been excellent!
