Fixing clothes dryer

James was efficient regarding installing a new thermostat for my clothes dryer. After installing the new thermostat and doing several test runs to be sure thermostat worked, James explained what likely occurred to burn out the existing thermostat. I appreciate the work that James did to fix my clothes dryer.

James was great got here on time got the repair done and we are back washing clothes again. As for your AI agent it is very aggravating try to explain to something when it has no idea what you are talking about , fix it so a customer can actually talk to a human

Bosch Dishwasher repair

We had a complete kitchen remodel starting in October. The last piece to put together was the DW. We thought it would be completed and of course there were issues with the set up. Sears provided fast service, after Christmas and just before New Years Eve. Jim was extremely helpful. We were able to use the DW that day and finally our kitchen is completed.

Benjamin was an ultimate professional

Benjamin arrived on time was polite and professional and extremely efficient in dealing with the issue we had with our refrigerator. He complied with the warranty companies requirements quickly, and although it turned out that the warranty company did not cover the issue he offered us the option of having the work done or leaving the refrigerator as it was because it was closing after he had removed the damaged little piece that was in the way we're still contemplating whether we wanna have the work done or not, but he was the consummate professional, something rare and someone as young as him
