Faizone was professional and was able to change out the broken (plastic) fan with the replacement sent. The fan housing assembly would not fit, so he was unable to change out the fan motor, only the fan blade. NOTE: For the record, the freezer is working, however my concern is the the old fan motor fan blade shaft may have been damaged/worn as the freezer, when running, is noisy'r than before the fan blade became an issue.

I was informed of arrival date and time all the way from when the appointment was made until prompt arrival; workman was courteous and worked quietly and left the worksite clean. Let me know when he needed to leave to get a part and how long it would take to get back; repair was done well and overall a very simple and efficient experience.
