Washer Repair
Harold was great. He was knowledgeable abd very pleasant. But I cannot say the same for Sears overall. Had Harold been my first repairman, I would not have had to be without a washer over a month.

Repair Maytag Dryer
Gabriel did a great job. Your company scheduling not so much. It took fours weeks to fix our dryer, and only being able to talk to an AI representative is not good customer service.

LG4200 Dryer Diagnostics
Harold did a great job diagnosing my dryer to find the suspect problem. I chose not to fix the dryer because of the over priced parts per online research. The part (PC Board) and labor to fix my dryer came to approximately $1,250. That's outrageous! Therefore, I can't recommend Sears A&E Repair for any appliances.

Professional, Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
Kevin came by diagnosed our dishwasher issue, ordered some parts and a couple days later came and installed the parts. It was a pleasure meeting him and I would have no problem pointing my friends in his direction should they need help.
