Pierre, the technician, was great. He really seemed to know what he was doing. The scheduling was terrible, though. The appointment for a broken washer was 10 days out. And the arrival window was 8am to 5 pm. Around 6:30 , the appointment was rescheduled to the next day - again with an arrival window of 8-5. He came around 6:30 pm. I understand that employees can be hard to find and repair work can be difficult to estimate, but this was ridiculous.

Worked quickly and efficiently; I was grateful that he came into the house wearing a mask so I didn't even have to ask him to.
