Prior to Alex’s arrival, I received a text message that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he immediately put on shoe covers before entering my home; each time he re-entered. Alex diagnosed the issue concerning my HVAC system and then provided an explanation of what the repair would entail. Once Alex completed the repair, he discussed the details of the repair. Alex is very professional, as well as friendly and personable. Thank you Alex!
