Very professional and helpful in getting the issue addressed in a timely manner.

Christopher did a great job, on time and got the fix done quickly.

We were very pleased with the service tech Phil and his knowledge and he took the time to explain everything we needed to know. HOWEVER, as far as A & E Services this company is ridiculous. They inflated the cost of the part and the labor was more than three times the amount of the part itself. They kept moving our return appointment to have the part put on our oven. When you call any of the phone numbers, you never get a person to speak with. NEVER shall I call them for service again.

This is the second time we have had Christoper repair our Maytag fridge... he is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly...would use him every time if we could...five stars plus.

Phil was very respectful and explained things well. Unfortunately we could not afford to fix it.
