Service tech was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The AI answering and scheduling system was garbage. Purely frustrating.

Tech came on time looked at the clothes washer said it was the belts. So we ordered new belts. He came back a week later put them on. Tech said everything was working good. Later that day we started doing laundry and the washer was making the same sound so nothing was fixed. We spent $400 for nothing . Tried calling the company and all I got was a AI telling me there there was no openings for the near future. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anybody.

Repair person wonderful! Sears AI- crap! Inaccurate information, lack of information, lack of someone showing up on appointment day. Parts mailed to my home BEFORE someone even came out to look at it and were not even in the realm of "heating element". I will NEVER go to Sears again and will tell others same.
