Nick S from sears home service was great. Arrived within projected window. Even due to company assigning work order while I was out of town, we were able to communicate and he waited the 20 mins for me to arrive. Thank you. Nick diagnosed the issue promptly and wrote up the report and submitted to home warranty. Th issues are with Sears AI call center. It sucks. Your not able to speak with a human and your locked in to whatever is programmed in to the AI. It’s impossible to get actual support.
