Todd was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, competent, courteous, and very helpful. This website on the other hand is obnoxious and does not seem to take the reviews very well. I hope this goes through because I think I somehow inadvertently posted it only one star. This man deserves your thanks as an employee. I’d be very happy to call him again for any Appliance. I want to give them all the star as possible
