I was very pleased with this young man. He arrived earlier than expected, was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my satisfaction and the repair was completed quickly. I got an appointment the day after I called and was less expensive than other services. The others couldn't get to me for 2 weeks so this was a win-win for me.

Tyler Is A Very Nice Man And He did A GREAT Job Fixing Our Dryer, But I Cannot Even Begin To Believe That We Were Charged Well Over $400. Dollars For A Service That Took Just Twenty Minutes To Complete, And Our Receipt Shows That The Parts Needed Cost Less Than Twenty dollars? We Fell Very Ripped Off, Taken Advantage Of And Cheated By Sears? !!! A Company That I Once Had Great Respect For Growing Up? !!! What Is Going On Here? !!! (For An Additional $100 Dollars We Could Have Purchased A Brand New Dryer!)
