John called prior to arrival & arrived within the time frame he estimated. He was friendly, courteous, patiently answered my questions, had the part needed and was able to repair (upper oven in double oven stove stopped working) the oven same day. I’ve been using Sears appliance repair services for 20+ years & they’ve never let me down. Highly recommend!

Alexander C. is one of the best technicians I have had. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and showed me the part that broke. Had to order the part and it came the next day. I was able to reschedule my repair appointment 2 days early. While fixing the broken part he found another part that needed replacement.
