The technician was here early, well prepared and thorough. She explained what she thought was wrong during her assessment of the refrigerator, and then she proceeded to fix it. Along the way she informed me of what the cost would be, and that there would be a 30-day guarantee on the repair. She suggested what I should be alert to with ongoing use of the refrigerator. She informed me of the Appliance program that would cover all appliances in the house, but it was not a hard sell.
