Your AI scheduling service sucks. That needs to change. You would not accept a phone number alternate for when my roommate was going to be here instead of me. The service rescheduled us about six times without any discussion with myself. Fortunately it worked out because my roommate is out of work right now. And we happen to be home sick today. But normally that would not work out. The fact that I can't get a hold of anybody in an office to override the AI deciding what it will and will not do is absolutely absurd. There needs to be a person at a desk that can do a job beyond what the AI decides it wants to do. Otherwise your service is pointless. No one will be able to reach the appointment times that it decides to give them. No one will be able to say why that is the case and when they might be more available. And since that part is broken so will be your business. And it will fail. Please read my words and fix the damn problem. Now; That being said, your repair crew is amazing. I will have to think twice however, on whether or not I want to go through this again when American home shield serves up a tech service. I do know how to re-roll those. So it is a choice on who I accept. You guys have done a great job for us previously. But if I can't get you out here when I need you or deal with scheduling in any way shape or form that is decent then what is the point? For people not from Sears reading this review: I will say that they do show up and they do a realistic job of looking at what is broken and whether or not it will be covered. They are efficient at getting things repaired. They get the right parts. I am happy both times with The repair jobs. The scheduling service however, is the worst. Ai should enhance humanity and not take it away.
