Both JORDAN R and his companion BRENDAN H were prompt, friendly, polite, efficient, and professional during my appointment today to have a refurbished timer installed in my 1992-vintage Kenmore dryer. JORDAN kept me advised of changes in his arrival time. (His own van broke down so he got a ride in BRENDAN's.) Once in my laundry room JORDAN conducted the timer replacement itself, with BRENDAN assisting as his wingman, handing him tools and bolts as JORDAN speedily worked. Each of them listened to and responded to my various question, comments, and concerns. Hey, give each of them a raise!

Potential leak in washer
Jordan was thorough and efficient! Not only that, he cleaned up the mess he encountered when he arrived! Another person might have taken advantage of our lack of technical knowledge but he just walked us through his analysis. We highly recommend him!
